Refund & Cancelation Policy

Our refund and cancelation policies are as follows.

Refund of our Lesson Packages

If you have not taken any of the lessons and services (Private Conversation Lesson, Daily Japanese Support Service, Student-Tailored Explanatory Sheet Service and so on), we will provide a full refund. Please make sure to submit a refund request within 7 days after your payment.

We issue refunds for the “Welcome Lesson Package” through PayPal.

Refunds for the “3 Private Conversation Lesson Package,” “4 Private Conversation Lesson Package,” and “8 Private Conversation Lesson Package” will be processed through Ichiyo’s Japanese Online Store.

Conversation Lesson Cancelation

You must inform us about the conversation cancelation lesson one day before the lesson schedule.
If you fail to cancel your conversation lesson one day in advance, your booking will be forfeited and you will not receive a refund.

Validity Period

If your conversation lessons have expired, no refund will be provided.

If you are unable to book conversation lessons within the validity period due to issues with our booking system, the validity period will be extended. In this case, we will contact you using the details you have provided us.
