Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows.

We refund through Paypal.

Refund of Registration Fee

If you haven’t used any of the lessons in your package prior to a refund request, we will provide a full refund.

If you submit a request for a refund, the request will be accepted within two weeks of the original payment date.

If you have already activated your lesson package and taken one or more lessons with us, refunds are not accepted.

Refund of Conversation Lesson Fee

The refunded amount you will receive will depend on the number of lessons you have used in your lesson package.

If you wish to stop taking lessons from us, but have already ordered another Conversation Lesson package, you must inform us a minimum of 3 business days before the commencement of the next Conversation Lesson. If we do not receive notice of cancellation within 3 days, your Conversation Lesson will not be refunded.

Conversation Fee Refund Examples

2 Times Conversation Lesson Fee: 10,000 yen + Tax (10% in Japan)

If you bought the “2 Times Conversation Lesson” package, and took 1 lesson: We will refund 5,000 yen + Tax.

Cancellation of Conversation Lesson

If you wish to cancel your Conversation Lesson package, you have to tell us 3 business days before commencement of the first lesson.

If you wish to cancel your Conversation Lesson package without prior notice of 3 business days, you will forfeit your booking and you will not receive a refund.

Period of Validity

If your Conversation Lesson package has expired, no refund will be provided.

If you are unable to book a Conversation Lesson package within the Period of Validity due to issues with our booking system, the Period of Validity will be extended. In this case, we will contact you via the details you have provided to us.
