Our refund and cancellation policy are as follows.

We issue refunds through “Ichiyo’s Japanese Online Store.”

Refund for Ichiyo’s Textbook

We sell textbooks through“Ichiyo’s Japanese Online Store.” Payment is nonrefundable after the purchase.

Refund of “First Application and Lesson Fees”

If you have not taken any of the lessons and services (Private Conversation Lesson, Daily Japanese Support Service, Making Your Original Textbook Service), we will provide a full refund. Please make sure to submit a refund request within 7 days after your payment.

Cancellation of Conversation Lesson

You have to inform us about the cancellation of the conversation lesson 2 days before the lesson schedule.
If you fail to cancel your Conversation Lesson without a 2-day prior notice, your booking will be forfeited and you will not receive a refund.

Period of Validity

If your Conversation Lesson package has expired, no refund will be provided.

If you are unable to book a Conversation Lesson package within the Period of Validity due to issues with our booking system, the Period of Validity will be extended. In this case, we will contact you via the details you have provided to us.
